03Eligibility

• Store Terms Apply: Each coupon is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing store or brand. Minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, and one-per-customer limits are set by the stores, not by DealsOnYou.
• No Code Needed Deals: Some deals are applied automatically at checkout. DealsOnYou is not liable if automatic discounts fail to apply due to changes on the retailer's end.
• Flash Sales & Limited Time Offers: Featured mega sale promotions are time-limited. DealsOnYou is not responsible if a flash sale ends before you access the deal.
• One Use Per Code: Some promo codes are limited to one use per customer. Attempting to use codes multiple times may result in rejection by the retailer.

06Affiliate Disclosure

08User Conduct

09Disclaimer of Warranties

DealsOnYou expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any coupon code, pricing, or store information.
• That any promo code will work at checkout or remain valid until its listed expiry date.
• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• The fitness of any coupon or deal for a particular purchase or purpose.

Always verify coupon terms, minimum spend requirements, and code validity directly at the retailer's checkout before completing any purchase.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealsOnYou and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any:

12Termination
